variety of subjects under regular and open university system through correspondence course. Open university system under Liberalised Scheme does not

TAMIL NADU OPEN UNIVERSITY (TNOU)
Tamil Nadu Open University (TNOU), established by an Act of the Tamil Nadu State Assembly in October 2002 It is recognised by State and Central Govt, UGC and Distance Education Council. The University has also been recognised internationally when the University became a member of South Asian Foundation and

Dravidian University (was), established by an Act of the Andhra Pradesh State Assembly in October 1997 involving the support of the other Southern States, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala.
